Over 30 auditions were held to seek out only the Midland's premiere professional soul musicians and singers - the resulting line-up features five guys all aged under 35, but with a combined total of over 80 years musical experience! The band's repertoire of well-known songs is guaranteed to get any crowd singing & dancing, and because of the eclectic mix of catchy, funky, soulful & rockin' tunes from across the past five decades, there's bound to be something for everyone! Getting married? The Soul Collective will help make your special day just perfect, and will happily also take advanced requests for first and last dance.
The band provides a full PA system, which you are welcome to use for announcements/speeches & incidental music wherever possible. As Musicians Union members, the band are fully insured for public liability cover, and all equipment is PAT tested in line with current regulations.
A typical performance is for up to 2 hours of live music and they use a quality sound to light lighting system to enhance stage performance and smart attire should be expected.
