Smooth is a hugely professional and popular young band playing the mix of music that everyone will enjoy and covering all genres of popular hits from the 60's through to the chart hits of today. If you appreciate and love good music, with some great classics from ballads to rock guitar wizardry, then they are the band for you.

Glen who is the bands experienced front man and singer was a successful finalist in the 'ITV Pop Idol' competition and came 15th overall. Glen was remembered for his rendition of Take That's 'A Million Love Songs' where he won over a huge audience, sadly not enough though to make it to the final 12. He also recently starred in a gig at a prestigious venue playing to over 10,000 people.

The band members are all consummate professionals and have appeared in a number of disguises on many local and national radio and television stations, and enjoy nothing better than to play or teach their instruments. Smooth vocals, smooth musicianship and a smooth performance. Boogie the night away with Smooth!!

A typical Smooth performance lasts for up to 2 x 60 minute sets and the band are self-contained with their own PA. Their set up usually takes two hours. Lighting is also provided and CD’s are played during the breaks where a DJ is not present.
