A refreshing mix of youth and experience, POA are fun, dynamic & one of the most popular Party Bands in the UK. Based in the South West, they cover a superb range of classic hits from the 60s to present day, with the option to book a 3, 4 ,5 or 6 piece line up.

They perform exclusively for audiences at weddings corporate events and
private parties and can scale up their show for large corporate events
or functions expanding up to 6 piece band if required. Each show is energetic
fun packed and will leave your guests asking for more more more!
High calibre musicianship come as standard with this band. The lead vocalist
studied voice and acting trained with Robbie William's vocal coach and
has appeared in notable productions of Jesus Christ Superstar and Moulin
Rouge.
The band's musical director was trained by Sir Michael Roll has a 1st
class honors degree in music and is a lecturer in performing arts as well
as being a fully trained classical pianist. The band manager is a well
respected and experienced guitarist who trained at the Guitar Institute
in London. Our brass players are among the finest in the industry and
have worked with artist's such as The Scissor Sisters, Level 42, Dire
Straits, Super Furry Animals and Jools Holland.
Formed as a professional party band in 1999 years and with over 1000 private
engagements since then you can be assured you are in safe hands. Previous
corporate clients have included; The BBC HSBC Devere & Hilton Hotels
John Lewis Nationwide Orange Alton Towers HM Forces & Oxford Universities
as well as countless happy couples and private parties.
The band can tailor their look to suit your needs on the night. From formal
black tie to cool stage clothes or anything else you can think of; just
let your agent know in advance!
POA are incredibly flexible with all aspects of their show. No gig is
too big or too far away. They are very adaptable to a range of room types
and always adjust volume levels to suit your requirements.
And for when the band are not playing... they can play a great selection
of CD mix music during breaks and use their lights and PA to keep the
party atmosphere alive.
