Featuring superb musicianship, outstanding female and male vocals plus excellent sound & lighting, POA will have your guests dancing all night to classic hits from the 60s-present day.
The band pride themselves on providing a professional, reliable and friendly service which combines experience, expertise and attention to detail.
They perform all over the UK mainly in the South West, Midlands, Home Counties and South Wales, usually within 100 miles of their base in Swindon, Wiltshire, but can travel further and will consider other locations.
Recent clients include the M.O.D, Nationwide, Motorola, HSBC, Triumph International, Cadbury, John Lewis, Orange, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Hilton and Devere Hotel Chain, Renaissance Hotels, Haven Park Resorts, Hoburne Holidays, Redrow Homes, Ramada Hotel Group ,Craft and Royal Arch Freemasons, Gala Casinos, Oxford & Gloucester Colleges and Universities.
POA have performed for a wide variety of Corporate and Private Clients in venues such as Hotels, Sports and Country Clubs, Armed Forces Bases, Masonic Lodges, Colleges & Universities, Private Function Rooms and Licensed Civil Wedding premises.
Private clients have engaged Pop of Ages for performances at Weddings, Birthday Parties, Ladies' Festivals, Anniversaries, PTA Dances, Seasonal Parties e.g. Christmas and New Year, Valentines and May Day dances, Spring & Summer Balls, College and University Graduations and for all types of family celebration, corporate event or special occasions!
The band are fully self contained with professional quality sound system suitable for up to 400 guests and hi-tec stage and dance floor lights. CD music is played during breaks to keep the atmosphere alive or they can supply a highly recommended Disco & DJ to complement the band.
Line up & Options:
3 piece party band- keyboards, guitar, lead female vocals, backing vocals with midi bass & drums
4 piece party band - as trio but with sax
Well we'd just like to say that POA performed brilliantly. They arrived on time, were set-up and running as promised and the songs were superb! By half way through the evening they had managed to get everyone on the dance floor and once there they didn't leave. The range of songs was perfect and performed so well that even a month later people still comment to us about how great the band were.
