A vast repertoire includes the music of Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Ella Fitzgerald, right through the spectrum to more contemporary artists such as Billy Joel, Elton John and Stevie Wonder.
Oliver's ability to work an audience is magical, his colossal musical gift and friendly personality, coupled with an uncanny knack of knowing instinctively what people want to hear (even before they do, sometimes!), ensures that wherever he plays the party always goes with a swing.
His voice (with it's three octave range) has been likened to Chet Baker and Billy Joel but with a style that is uniquely his own. As one New York music fan put it "He out-Manilows Manilow!" Oliver creates all his own arrangements that are instantly recognisable for their pianistic dexterity as well as their vocal individualism.
