Profile |
|||||||||||||||||
| Midnight Bourbon's Peter Clare and
Leisa Gray are both respected artists in their own right and have been working
closely together, as a jazz/cocktail piano and vocal duo and with larger
ensembles since 1997, interpreting an extensive repertoire of favourites
from Gershwin to Streisand. Equally at home at a large corporate function
or small private wedding, they can gently create a background mood or take
centre stage for a sophisticated evenings entertainment. Their huge experience, both across the UK and abroad, includes world cruises and residencies at Jumeira Beach in Dubai and back home at the Duke of Westminster’s flagship Grosvenor Hotel. A bigger sound and presence is provided by the trio (various combinations), whilst the quartet (vocal, piano, bass and drums) and quintet (add sax), will drive your feet to the swinging jazz sound of Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald & co, plus some jump–jive favourites. A typical performance is for 2 x 60 or 3 x 45 minute sets. Line up & Options: Keyboards, female vocals |
