Backed by their own dedicated management team and with the band of players having been chosen from the very best London musicians. Naturally all are exceptionally talented in their own fields as well being reliable and discreet. All of the members are regulars on the London circuit and frequently play corporate ‘A list’ events as well as regular private functions and parties ... they know how to work a party!!

Metro do not sync up to backing tracks or mime to backing vocals as this can remove spontaneity and detracts from the live ‘vibe’ of the performance. With one down right funky rhythm section (three with superb backing vocals), three ‘laser tone’ horns (Metro 9 only) plus outstanding male and female front vocalist there is no need for gimmicks.

What do you want to hear? Whatever your musical tastes Metro will probably cover it and are sure to exceed your expectations.
Typically the band perform 2 hours of seamlessly segued full versions of classic numbers to suit the audiences taste including: disco, soul, Motown, blues Bros, rock n roll, pop, easy listening and jazz. Plus an additional dinner jazz , swing or Sinatra tribute show by request. Alternatively the band can perform exclusively Soul Motown and Disco Sets with full 70’s funk costumes. Includes pre-agreed music of your choice around sets or DJ (at extra cost ) as required.
Dress Code: Matching black ‘neuro’ collar suits for the gents and slinky dresses for the ladies.
Equipment:
Sound and lighting can be provided in-House for up to 500 people using a Mackie 2k system including radio Mics for speeches etc. Alternatively the bands management team are quite willing to discuss technical specs with our or your choice of sound and light providers. All equipment is PAT tested for safety and hold public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
Line up & Options:
Keyboards, bass, drums, guitar, male vocals and female vocals or saxophone.
