Hailing from a variety of both classically trained and contemporary musical backgrounds, the Jazz Sounds trio combine to bring a refreshing taste of cool, West Coast jazz, swing and modern jazz classics, to entertain you and your clients. Following the launch of their debut album in 2002, they have enjoyed notable success and rave reviews from jazz publications and clients, both in the UK and internationally. The music is a mellow blend of instrumental jazz, ranging from legendary artists such as Duke Ellington, Herbie Hancock and Cole Porter. The mood is rich, yet sensitive, providing a warm ambience without drowning out conversation - ideal as dinner jazz.

This dynamic trio bring a wealth of experience of entertaining audiences and their versatile performances are reassuringly pitched to match the event. Jazz Sounds' repertoire is a cocktail of classic standards, mixed with the odd surprise but always given a unique treatment in their own inimitable style. This trio can be augmented by brass, vocals and additional percusssion if required, for the more dance orientated event.

A typical performance comprises of 3 x 40 minute or 2 x 60 minute sets
