Hampton Court Flower Show required
several live bands to perform throughout their six day event.1311 Events
fulfilled the brief by providing a range of music to suit the event. Music
included a variety of dixie and cool jazz bands along with a fantastic brass
ensemble for the entire week.

South West Trains unveiled their new
044 trains and needed a reliable and entertaining Beatles tribute as a musical
backdrop to the media and press launch at the event. 1311 Events provided
were able to advise which band would be suitable and helped co-ordinate
a hugely successful promotion starting with a performance on the train journey
itself and ending with a live show at Waterloo Station.
"Everyone
was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating to the needs of the demanding
media who were at the event. The band was happy to pose for photos with
everyone from MD to youngsters. Music was excellent, both on the train -
not the easiest of places to perform - and the full set at Waterloo. Range
of Beatles songs was well chosen and got everyone up on the dance floor.

Glaxo Smith-Kline needed superb entertainment
for one of their staff incentives. We selected a range of our most professional
bands to suit the event and liaised with everyone to ensure the event was
a complete success.
"Probably one of the best bands I have
heard in a long time. All the songs were excellent and played with such
energy, really got the crowd going. The band was extremely flexible with
our requirements for the night and I'll certainly be recommending them for
future GSK events. I cannot think of one aspect of the service to fault.

1311 Events met with John Lewis, Oxford
Street, to discuss the opening of their newly improved roof garden that
was to host Gardeners Question Time. 1311 Events suggested one of our superb
brass bands to complement the traditional tone of the event which was highly
praised. It was such a success that we were asked to provide a variety of
music to perform within the store for the Christmas account holders evening
which also proved to be a great night.

The Young Vic Theatre needed a fabulous
live band for a community party. 1311 Events was able to negotiate with
several of our artists to provide quality music on a limited budget. The
event was enjoyed by all - so much so they used 1311 Events again within
3 months.
"They were fantastic, everyone who attended said
how brilliant they were. Because it was a community party, most of the people
didn't know each other, but they were all up and dancing the whole night.
They were all really lovely as well which was nice! 1311 Events were very
efficient and reliable. I usually get a bit stressed beforehand but it was

Time for Greenwich needed a great band
that would be suitable for a period reception at a London Palace. 1311 Events
provided a highly experienced medieval themed band for a reception prior
to the evening dining. The event was a great success and it was a pleasure
to work Time for Greenwich again.

| The Works London needed a 14 piece
gospel choir at short notice to perform for a promotional campaign for Coco
Cola around the UK. 1311 Events met with the client, introduced the choir
and liaised with them throughout the brief. Everyone involved agreed that
the campaign was a huge success. |

| Piranha Productions held a huge charity
fundraiser at the Natural History Museum this year. They approached 1311
Events looking for a dynamic and entertaining event to complement this high-profile
event. We were able to make various suggestions that culminated in a 21
piece performance by a superb Brazilian Showband with lots of exotic dancers.
The event was dramatic and raised a considerable amount of money for their
chosen charity. |

| Blue Peter also needed a Beatles tribute
band at very short notice to perform in a retro feature in 3 days time.
The band had to have a very young image and 1311 Events were able to secure
a performance on the same day. The researchers were delighted with the band
and the speed at which 1311 Events were able to meet the brief. |
