| When you make a booking through 1311 Events, you'll soon discover the reason why we have such a great reputation. Our friendly staff will help you through the enquiry and booking process and take the hassle out of organising music for your event. | |||||||||||||
| You'll
already have read and listened to some of our featured bands and you have
probably selected some music for your event. We recommend telephoning us
to discuss your requirements so we can learn more about your event and make
sure that we understand exactly what you need. We will have to liaise with
the band so, it's important to try and get things right first time. However,

| Browse through our online portfolio and select one or two artists that you feel will be suitable for your event. Contact us and we will discuss your requirements and then check availability for your chosen dates. | |||||||||||||

| We will send confirmation of availability along with an all inclusive price based on your requirements. You'll also receive further information about our service along with booking details. | |||||||||||||
| Step 3: | |||||||||||||
| As soon as you would like to secure your preferred artist for your event, contact us and we'll double check availability (if required). We'll then add your details to our bookings sytem and send you a booking form which you return to us with your deposit.Your entertainment is then booked for your event. | |||||||||||||

To help your event go smoothly, 1311 Events does not endorse cash payments on the night for any contracted performance. This ensures you can enjoy your event with the added peace of mind that everything has already been taken care of. Balances can be paid as late as 14 days prior to the performance date through extensive payment facilities including cheque, Switch, Visa and Mastercard. | ||||||||||||

| When should we book our entertainment? | |||||||||||||
| We recommend booking as soon
as possible to guarantee your performance. Many acts fill their diaries
well in advance so it really is a case of first come first served. We suggest
booking a band at least 6 months ahead of your event. |

| Can we book more than one artist? | |||||||||||||
| Many people do. We have experience
of events lasting several days and can advise of great combinations to enhance
any occasion. Again, we recommend booking well in advance to guarantee your
music. |

| Peace of mind? | |||||||||||||
| We support all bookings through
contracts and once we receive a securing deposit your booking is guaranteed.
All of our acts are professionals. They do not accept other bookings for
that date regardless of the fee and even if one of the bandmembers falls
sick they will be able to find a suitable replacement so as not to affect
their performance. Rest assured, we have the experience to ensure your event
is a complete success. |

| Can we contact the artist directly to discuss the event? | |||||||||||||
| Our artists contact you a
few weeks prior to any event to introduce themselves and discuss any final
arrangements. We have all the experience needed to ensure that we liaise
with you, the band and the venue. We can always be contacted by telephone/email
and will be happy to help if you have any queries. |

| Can we see our preferred band perform live before the event? | |||||||||||||
| Some of our bands may
be performing at venues throughout the UK however, many only perform at
private functions. We always provide extensive promotional material and
audio samples for our bands which, we hope, will give you an excellent idea
of what to expect from them. |

| What if we need to cancel or amend a booking? | |||||||||||||
