Dixie
Jazz - usually accoustic and comprising of banjo, sousaphone, clarinet
and bright uniforms, this early jazz sound lends itself to events requiring
great visuals combined with a mobile band. Excellent versatility for meeting
and greeting guests at weddings, outdoor functions etc.

The
Roaring 20's - the great sounds of Cole Porter, Gershwin and Irving
Berlin combined with the rhythm and style from the Charleston era. Classy
and elegant music for events requiring a show band with 'all that jazz'.

The
Golden Age - the music of Louis Armstrong, Reinhardt and Grapelli
and Billie Holiday are perfect for any intimate audience requiring entertainment
from these legendary artists.

Big
Bands - a trip back to the 1940's with the classic sounds of Benny
Goodman and Glen Miller. Remember the Chatanooga Choo Choo? Evocative jazz
from the war time era often combined with swinging showstoppers from the

A merger of gospel-charged singing and jumping funk rhythms, soul grew out
of fifties rhythm & blues. A great accompaniment to a party remembering

Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Supremes and The Four Tops. Vocal harmonies and
excellent backing singers make this a real audio feast. Great party music.

Blues Brothers (tribute)
- a real favourite of those wanting a fantastic event
full of dance and memorable songs from the celebrated musical. Don your
sunglasses and trilby and take to the dance floor!!

the early years or rock & roll and some of the most celebrated names
in music history. Artists such as Bill Hailey, Elvis and The Beatles bringing
a new sound across the world. Great music for guests wanting a trip down
memory lane on the dance floor with the twist and the jitterbug.

Glam
Rock - big, loud and brash party music for those wanting to revisit
those stomping tunes from the likes of Gary Glitter, Suzi Quatro, Slade
and T-Rex. Not to be confused with glam pop

70's music -
with such choice from a dynamic era of music who should you choose? An age
of lasting pop music from artists like Abba, Queen, The Osmonds, Donna Summer,
Gloria Gaynor, The BeeGees and great songs from Grease and Saturday Night
Fever gave the dance floors something different to strut to. Platform shoes,
flares and multicoloured clothes were the fashion - glam pop and disco dancing
were the new big things.

80's music -
Tina Turner, Madonna, Michael jackson. Legends of pop!! Teenagers are still
dancing to some of their greatest hits. Excellent music that is a real favourite
at parties today.

Preferred for performing in larger venues an orchestra usually consists

Music - usually accoustic and full of culture, folk music is an ideal
accompaniment to any occasion requiring an old fashioned sing-song. A traditional
music for a casual event.

Ceilidh
Bands - "folk with poke". A ceilidh or barn dance is simply
a dance party with traditional folk music. A ceilidh is usually accompanied
by a 'caller' - someone calling out the dance instructions. Excellent entertainment
to get the guests dancing.

Tudor
& Medieval - instrumental music from the 16th and 17th century
Accompanied by madrigals and early folk songs the music is ideal for any
themed event.
