The quartet is a new and exciting ensemble made up of professional musicians from the East Riding of Yorkshire. The quartets’ members have all trained at the countries leading conservatoires and collectively have a wealth of experience in the music industry. Members of Alma Strings have worked in orchestras such as the London Symphony Orchestra, The English National Opera, Opera North, Manchester Camerata and the English Chamber Orchestra. They have also worked in West End Shows such as The Lion King and Les Miserables and with artists such as Yehudi Menhuin, Vanessa Mae, Take That, Robbie Williams and Jason Donovan.

The quartet prides itself on providing a professional and personal service to its’ clients with an emphasis on attention to detail ensuring that your event has that added magic of beautiful live music. The ensemble will be happy to learn any special music for your event to add that unique touch to your occasion

A typical performance is for 2 hours although their enormous repertoire can accommodate performances of between 1 and 4 hours (or more if required.)
